Processing takes place when performing the following activities: ŠKODA AUTO Slovensko E-shop
Purpose of processing:
Fulfilling purchase order from the e-shop
Description of the processing purpose:
We will use your personal data to fulfil your purchase order in the e-shop, including receipt of the purchase order, ensuring its fulfilment, automatic invoice generation and subsequent delivery of the ordered goods, either through our order processing business partner from the e-shop when ordering to your home, or through a distribution network member when an order is picked up from one of our distribution network members.
Processing authorisation:
The processing must be carried out in order to conclude a contract with you and/or to fulfil the contract you have entered into. Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement, and if you do not provide them, we may not be able to enter into a contract with you, or we may not be able to perform the contract.
Categories of personal data we process:
Identification data, contact data, trading history.
Processing and archiving period:
10 years after processing the purchase order.
The categories of processors or recipients to whom we may provide personal information:
Members of distribution network, business partner handling orders from the e-shop. Upon request, your personal data may be provided to public authorities, in particular courts, the Police of the Slovak Republic and other law enforcement authorities to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law.
Data source:
We obtain personal data directly from you through forms in the e-shop of ŠKODA AUTO Slovensko.
Transfer of personal data to third countries or multinational companies
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or other multinational companies as part of this processing.
Automated decision-making based on personal data:
Not performed in this processing.
Other information:
Personal data may be archived in the public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes. In justified cases, personal data may be subject to processing to deal with legal matters, including the fulfilment of obligations to public authorities, the monitoring and ongoing evaluation of legal risks.
